About me

My name is Sarah Thieme and I have lived in Columbia for 15 years.  I have been married for 14 years and we have four children.  Our children are ages 13,11, 9, and 7.  

I have a B.A. from Concordia University Chicago with a major in theology and a minor in psychology.  I taught preschool at Trinity Lutheran Child Learning Center.  I have experience in various classroom settings for 20+ years.  

I am fascinated by phenomenal teachers and I study their techniques and literature. I love the exciting challenge of teaching children.  It is a thrill to help students to learn and to reach their fullest academic potential.
